This graphic design project was created through learning and continuous collaboration with Elder Latesh Nahanee. He is a Coast Salish artist, singer and educator that led me through the values, symbolism and significance of water life and its inhabitants.
The banner currently hangs in Deer Lake park in Burnaby BC.
