To further understand the frustrations of drivers in downtown Vancouver, I conducted 55 informational interviews over Zoom and in-person with questions centred around the user flow of finding parking as it pertains to time limits, affordability, and safety.

All groups said they value getting experience. But levels of urgency and need for collaboration highly varied.
To showcase findings comprehensively, I organized them into a priority list.

As I continued to sketch and iterate, I came up with the idea to add in-app pop-up prompts.
As the user drives closer to their destination, parking spots close-by will be displayed based on user’s priority: price, proximity or safety.
